Welcome back to my blog my friends. Thank you for visiting!
I am back with a card I made for my team challenge. We are continuing with the ABC Challenge.
One challenge for J was to do the Joseph's Coat technique. I had never done this before, but it was a lot of fun. The colors look so bright!
To make this card I cut a piece of Basic White Cardstock at 4 1/4 x 11 inches and scored it at 5 1/2 inches. I layered Basic Black and Crushed Curry cardstock cut at 1/8 of inch smaller than each other.
To do the Joseph's Coat I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock cut at 5 inches x 3 3/4 inches.
I then covered the entire piece with Crushed Curry, Polished Pink, Bermuda Bay, and Garden Green inks by using blending brushes.
Then I stamped the various images onto that piece of cardstock using Versamark Ink and embossed it with clear embossing powder. To bring the images out I then colored the entire piece of cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
After all that was done I wiped the card with a tissue to take all the ink off the embossed images.
It was so pretty! I then layered everything together as shown.
If you would like to case this card and need supplies, or supplies for anything else, please click on the Shop With Me link at the top of my blog.
This is so gorgeous Diane!
