Abstract Beauty Hi From Me

Hello stamping friends! Welcome back to my blog, and thanks for visiting.
I hope everyone is well during this crazy weather, and just stamping/creating away!

For this card I wanted to use the new Abstract Beauty DSP, and the Cards and Envelopes that match it. These cards are not our A2 cards, they measure 4 x 6 inches, and the envelopes match for that size.
One side of the DSP has gold foil within it, and the other side has more neutral colors and designs.
All of this can be found in the Jan-June Mini Catalog on page 49.
I have not made card using the 3 "diamond" shapes in a long time. I made one years ago and it was very well received.
I chose to use the gold foiled side of the Abstract Beauty DSP, but with toned down patterns.
I backed each square with Misty Moonlight cardstock, centered them on the card as shown and adhered them. The sentiment is stamped on a die cut from the Messages Die. The Many Messages stamp set is wonderful also, but this sentiment came from the Special Moments stamp set which is a free item during Sale - abration if you spend $100 from any catalog.

To make the card I used the following w/measurements:
Paper: Abstract Beauty card base 4 x 6 inches when folded in half.
DSP Abstract Beauty squares 2 x2 inches.
Misty Moonlight cardstock 2-1/8 x2-1/8 inches.
I chose the matching envelope.
Stamps: Special Moments (wonderful choice of many sentiments, a keeper!)
Embellishments: Garden Gems (retired).
Adhere everything as shown.

Don't forget that Sale - abration ends on Monday February 28the, so you only have a few more days to get any of these goodies that you might want.
It is also a wonderful time to sign up be a Demonstrator if you have been thinking about it!
Not only do you get $125 of product for $99 which is a huge bargain, you get a free Paper Pumpkin Kit (not a current one), and you get to pick 2 FREE stamp sets of your choice from any catalog (and that can be the most expensive ones in the catalog if that is your choice!)
Let me know if you would like to join and I will be happy to assist you!
