Thinking of You - On The Horizon

Welcome back to my blog fellow stampers!! Thank you so much for returning and commenting!
I hope you are all staying warm and are well. The snowstorm here in Missouri (as in much of the country) was pretty severe. Good time to stay in and stamp.

Today I am showing you a card I made a while back to show the versatility of our Notecards and envelopes. I had seen this done many times and wanted to try it. I simply die cut a circle into my masking paper and placed it on my notecard. I then used my blending brushes (which are awesome!) and sponged Sahara Sand, Garden Green, and Balmy Blue inks for the background.
I then stamped the images from On The Horizon stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
The sentiment is also in black ink.
The butterfly is from the Brushed Brass Butterflies which are so cute and come in 2 sizes.

I had so much fun making this card, and it made me think of warmer, sunnier days. I can't wait for those days.
Happy stamping!!
